Our Therapists

  • Josienne Goodrow, MS, LPC-S

    CEO & THERAPIST

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience helping couples, families, and individuals navigate life’s most important relationships. My work is grounded in research-based methods, humanistic philosophy, and a deep belief in the transformative power of connection. I hold licenses in Louisiana and Florida (telehealth only).

I work exclusively with couples in my own practice, supporting them through communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can erode connection. I offer both traditional weekly therapy and intensive formats, as well as group experiences designed to strengthen relationships in a supportive setting.

My approach blends curiosity, respect, and practical strategies. I believe change can feel uncomfortable, and sometimes harder before it gets better, but that the rewards ripple into every area of life. I welcome couples of all backgrounds, values, and lifestyles, tailoring my language and methods to fit the unique needs of each relationship.

  • Danielle Johnson, MS, PLPC

    THERAPIST

If you are feeling overwhelmed, off balance, or stuck in a cycle you can’t seem to break, counseling can provide the framework for a radical shift. Together, we can take a holistic look at your life to identify where you may be holding onto limiting or unhelpful beliefs and behavior patterns. We will define your core values and explore new ways to respond to life’s challenges that are more aligned with your true goals.

My counseling style is empowering, nonjudgmental, and direct, with an emphasis on REBT and DBT interventions that build distress tolerance and challenge perspectives that no longer serve you. I believe in taking a dynamic, goal-oriented approach to change and offer realistic tools that you can start putting to use in just a few sessions.

Whether you are looking to manage stress, regulate emotions and behaviors, build relationship skills, increase your ability to communicate effectively, or deal with past history that is intruding on your daily functioning, I’d love to help you discover the new habits and perspectives that will help get you to a place of lasting change and transformation. I work with clients seeking help with anxiety, stress management, anger issues, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and career issues. Let’s get started on building you a life that feels balanced and rewarding.
